Formed in 2005 by David Bolt and Chris Hartigan we are a leading commercial agency. With offices in North Sydney and Chatswood we are perfectly placed to cover Sydney's North Shore with teams handling office leasing, commercial sales and property management.

Our leasing teams based in North Sydney and Chatswood operates across all North Shore office markets and act on behalf of both private and large institutional owners.
Our leasing team comprises: Directors, Drew Divers and Adam Ray plus negotiators Rupert Lore, Bill Bannerman, Laura McGregor and Daniel Li.
David Bolt and Chris Hartigan have many years of experience in handling sales transactions across the North Shore and Metro Sydney.
Our management portfolio covers a wide range of commercial and industrial properties across the North Shore including North Sydney, St Leonards / Crows Nest, Artarmon, Chatswood, Northbridge, Lane Cove, Epping and Manly.

Our property management team is led by Lee Homer who has joined us following a number of years as the manager of Frasers property portfolio. Lee is supported by Vivianne Adler. David Komljenovic is responsible for on-site Facilities Management.
